Update: Version 1.1 uploaded – adds the ability to enable/disable +1 buttons for pages and/or posts and adds the ability to disable +1 buttons on specific pages or posts (a la ShareDaddy).

Adds the Google +1 button to your website’s posts. Has a variety of options for button style and position, and exposes a wp_plus_one_button action for custom integration with the theme or other plugin.
